my dark hero

It's been a long time.
I grew a year.
I broke apart from my partner.
I did stupid things. I did amazing things.
I went to a different country and I lost people close to me.
I left his house. I moved out. I'm in a new abode.
Games have been completeted and new ones bought.
Books finished. Books started.
A season has ended, a new series has begun. A new episode is about to be released, and I am back.

I don't know how many people read this, or know how much I have changed, but if you do, then I'm sorry.

He goes to war tomorrow and I know I shouldn't, but I'm scared I won't see him again.

It's been a long time.

God I'm tired. I barely slept a wink last night and I was up at 5am for a eight hour shift - crazee times for me. In early tomorrow too, but hey... it'll all be over soon.

Came back to eat skin on chips and see Brad break his little perch. Then off to Ho's for fish, cucumber and pizza and then Kimmy and Ho and I went over to TWERT-GHETTO and had a mash up with rose and cider. Was well good but I am literally exhausted and everything is just a blur to me right now lol.

Gonna watch Ugly Betty finale then sleep.

You might have noticed that the new icon features Charlie. WELL... With my new episode up I've designed the new banner set for 3.13, which is gonna be a real shocker of an episode. Big death in it... Anyway, banner set below. Enjoy and speculate my young ones...

Wow, three days without a post. I'm a terrible person. But so much has gone on. I will give you all a run down:

20th - Well I was up at the crack of dawn for Guitar Hero, which arrived shortly after awakening. I pretty much spent most of the day playing that while juggling my WA deadlines at the same time. In the evening time I met up with HoCar at Velo for some much needed Stowford Press, tapas and then a fest on Guitar Hero once again, which led to a lovely sleeeeep.

21st - DEADLINE DAY. Handed in the dreaded essay but not before my OCD kicked in and made me check I had it like 20 times. No kidding. Anyway with that handed in, I proceeded to do FUCK ALL. Then, got megaz pissed with Blackledge and then came home and did a giant poster for the final PAD session tomorrow. SLEEP.

Then today...

Blackledge attempted to persuade me to ditch Jacobean and go for Lounge Eggs, which I wish I had done as all I felt was mega depressed from going to that session. 'Don't get down heartened' my tutor says so kindly after exclaiming how none of my class can write modules. I'm getting a bit sick and tired of the staff at BSU telling me I can't write essays and doing fuck all to help. EVERY single member of staff I have had in the second year have different standards when it comes to writing essays and marking exams so how on earth can I adapt my writing style to suit each individual marker.

It really fucks me off. I could go on about this for ages. So... [/rant]

Anyway, seeing Blackledge and finishing PAD tomorrow so I guess it can't all be bad.

 Don't really know what to say about today. Nothing's happened so I have not a lot to report.

Finished Season 3 of GW, which was good - better than most series finales so far. Essaying it away right now with a glass of Pinot.

I feel a bit strange because I don't want anyone around me at all. I just want to be on my own - guess I just feel mega crowded right now. God knows how this will pan out, but if it's me then it surely will not end comically.

Sarah's now my new addition to the Lost Odyssey crew. Guitar Hero will be here tomorrow.

After the potential discovering that I have saved WAY too much for Glastonbury, I invested in Guitar Hero 3. That's right. You know it's gonna be just immense.

Today was, mediocre. I did actually enjoy it, work went quickly but I came home and completed Black Girl White Girl, which was effectively a hunk of big rubbish. I was then heartbroken to watch Niamh get kicked off of Nancy :( I loved that little Irish saint... even though her Nancy dress was way too big.

Oh I was bad. As soon as I posted yesterdays entry, I posted my episode early. I HAD TO. I was too excited. So 3.12 - "Instinct" is now out at BF. Read it, it's all about Lance!

So, with Guitar Hero 3 not coming until Tuesday I suppose tonight will be constructed vaguely around the WA essay and watching Ugly Betty with Jenerva-Beth whilst munching on a Magnum, before curling up with a few pages of Gregory Maguire!

All is not lost.

Yes. This was exclaimed to me over the headset today at work; Donna 1 gets the chills from walking under air conditioning units and as usual hilarity ensues. Found out we lost a staggering £17,000 in papers alone last year, well done us! I feel proud of the old miser and the gang, especially now the pus is gone.

Work was not all bad, despite it being insanely busy and then customer's asking why, as if I (being a 20 year old male till operator) know the ins and outs of the way the Bath public think and move in mass. Stupid cretins - but cretins that pay my wage nonetheless. Joy at work today included seeing Ho twice and discovering a plethora of Overtime available to me to refresh my bank account, which will no doubt get eaten up completely by NYC, Glasto and my overdraft... (don't tell mother)

I am now back though at home and after pesto humous on crispbread I procrastinated further with Lost Odyssey and managed to gain Ming and Disc 2 (bring on the 125 achievement points for completing Disc 1) I then received my episode back from Hart so hoorah at its ready to be post-ness come tomorrow around 4ish. Brie is out, Jenerva-Beth is downstairs and boyf is tidying so I shall continue with my Roth notes only to look forward to chilli, a bath, the Supernatural finale and a thrilling instalment of Black Girl White Girl to send me sound to sleep...

And once again I embark on a LJ adventure. With Brie all dressed as a jester at Spoons, Boyf in the bath and Jenerva-Beth next to me enjoying 'The Groves of Academe' to a great extent, I am back!

As you can see Lance Emory is occupying my userpic for this entry in eager anticipation for Hart to complete the beta stages of "3.12 - Instinct" - expect Sunday 18th May to be the day BF is graced with its presence. I'm actually looking forward to getting another episode out, although I was kinda hoping for it to be sooner this week in procrastination of my "Role of God" essay...

Not looking forward to the 5.15 wake up call of Missy Higgins, enticing me to stuff The Saturday Telegraph with the over-sized inserts. I do actually say this every week and end up loving the gossipy bitchy times with the old miser. I do hope Dannii's pulsating pus filled finger is gone though.

2.30pm will bring a tearful farewell to Ros and the rest of the gang before frantically reading the rest of Black Girl White Girl and finishing my Roth entry. So much to do, so little time.
